Hi there, I want to be your #1 cheerleader in making positive health changes.

I’m a wife, mum (tiny human and furry one), runner, beach & house plant lover and self confessed chocoholic!

I’ve always had a passion for moving my body, from running marathons, to open water swimming to yoga. For my own mental health, movement gives me space to release.

In the past, I’ve not always treated my body in the way it deserves. I was not confident in my body or self and would push it to the limits in exercise without proper fuel, I was trying to look a certain way. Mentally & physically, I became exhausted, and developed disordered eating behaviours. This pushed my motivation to delve into the benefits of nutrition and the effects on not only supporting longevity but fueling for optimal physical performance. I was driven to learn the science and evidence-based practice behind the benefits of nutrition on the body and how we can alter our behaviours to make these changes.

I completed my Bachelor in Health Science (nutrition & exercise) in 2022, and I am passionate about assisting like-minded people who want to make changes for their health!
