With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a genuine passion for supporting women, I’ve built my career around helping mums feel empowered, reassured and truly supported at every stage. My approach is rooted in science and always personalised because every mum, every baby, and every journey is different.
I don’t do generic meal plans or one-size-fits-all advice. I focus on evidence-based strategies tailored to your life, your body, and your preferences. Whether that’s pregnancy nutrition, postpartum recovery or helping your baby navigate their first foods. Nourishing yourself should feel simple, not like another thing on your list.
When I became a mum, I understood in a whole new way just how much pressure women carry, to eat perfectly, recover quickly, do it all right. The guilt, the confusion, the 4am Googling. I’ve been there.
That’s why I’ve built a space that’s the opposite of all that. A judgment-free zone where your questions are welcome, the advice is real, and the goal is simply to help you feel well-nourished and supported, not perfect.

I’m a wife and proud mumma to an energetic boy who keeps me on my toes and reminds me daily of the joy and resilience that comes with motherhood.
We have just welcomed out newest addition, our gorgeous baby girl, who has thrown me back into newborn life. It’s all beautiful chaos at the moment.

Our home is even livelier thanks to our crazy Golden Retriever, who brings equal parts chaos and laughter into our lives.
Family time? That’s a non-negotiable for me. Sunday morning pancake cook ups is our essential slow time.
I feel most at peace by the ocean, and my day simply doesn’t start without a good coffee in hand.
Running is my go-to for mental clarity, keeping me grounded both physically and mentally. And when I’m not lacing up my sneakers, you’ll find me tending to my ever-growing collection of houseplants, or indulging in my not so secret obsession… chocolate (self-confessed chocoholic right here!).
As a classic Type A personality, I thrive on structure. My journey began in Sports Nutrition, where I focused on optimising training with structured nutrition plans. But over time, my passion led me to a different calling, helping mums navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and baby nutrition with evidence-based, practical guidance.
I’ve just completed further studies in pregnancy, postpartum, and baby nutrition.
